SHIPPING TIME
We offer two options for your orders: in-stock and pre-order items, each with its respective shipping timeline.
In-Stock Items: For items currently in stock, our delivery timeline begins upon order receipt. This process is a 24-hour period for processing and dispatch at our warehouse. Please note that during non-working days, it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched. In case there is a delay of more than 24 hours in preparing your product for shipping, you will receive an email notification. Once the bag has been dispatched, it typically requires 2 to 3 working days for shipping. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of customs delays on our international customers.
Bespoke Items: If your order is for a bespoke piece, please note that pre ordered items may take 10 working days or more, depending on the item, to be completed before they are shipped.
RETURN POLICY
- Item can only be returned within 7 days from the day it was received by client.
- The customer is responsible for the RETURN SHIPPING COST
- For return request please contact us via WhatsApp at 971 55 495 0400. Items should be in the exact condition in which they were shipped.
- We apologize for no accepting any item that has been worn or damaged Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
EXCHANGE
In the case our client wished to exchange an item
- Item can only be exchange within 7 days from the day it was received.
- The shipment cost and custom duties (back and forth) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Client will need to mention which product you would like to exchange the purchased item with.
- The cost difference between the product previously bought and the new one chosen will either be refunded (if the new item selected is less expensive) or charged to the buyer (if the new item selected is more expensive)
